Come and see what we're like..!
You are very welcome to join us for worship and practical, inspiring teaching every Sunday at 10:30 am. and 6:30 pm. Tea & coffee are provided after the morning service and time to chat together. We are friendly, contemporary and here to make a difference in our town.
We are ordinary people who have discovered that God is extraordinary, that he loves us and  that he has made a way for us to be reconciled to him through his Son Jesus Christ. We have learned that he has a plan for each of our lives - an adventure not to be missed!

Sunday at Bethel Church

Our Sunday morning service is particularly suitable for families - we have special family services, from tine to time, when the children take a more prominent part. During our regular Sunday mornings the children leave the main part of the service to attend their own Sunday School classes. We also have a Crèche for younger children where the sound system is fed through from the main hall to so that parents of very young children don't miss the service. Afterwards we all come together to share time and a cuppa in the church lounge.

Our Sunday evening prayer meetings is a time when we can pray for our church, our town and our nation.

Sunday for children and teenagers

Sunday School
There are classes for children aged between 3 and 15 years. The children go to their classes around 10:45am and usually re-join their parents around 11:45am. Each class uses up to date, bright and colourful material aimed specifically at the age group of the class. Activities include craft, singing, stories, drama and discussion.
During August, Sunday School classes (Stars, Angels & Clowns) will join together in ‘The Ark’.
Rainbows will stay in the main hall. Everyone will return to their usual classrooms on 6th September

Teens Group
At the other extreme for those in year 10 and above The Bridge meets on Sunday evening at 7:15
